Welcome to AP Holiday House, our private apartment in Borghesiana, just a 5-minute walk from Metro C. In about 30 minutes, you can reach the centre of Rome without changing trains. In the evening, you can return to a quiet neighbourhood, with free private parking and a terrace where you can relax.
We personally manage the property, so we can welcome you with care and be available to assist you with anything you may need during your stay.

It is a private apartment on the third floor of a building with an elevator, located in Borghesiana, in the eastern part of Rome, and suitable for up to 4 guests.
The apartment features one bedroom with a double bed and a bright living room with a double sofa bed, making it suitable for two couples or a family. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a private outdoor terrace. Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests. You will also find a washing machine, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The apartment is non-smoking.
